mahmoods
I heard something really strange today. I was reading an auto magazine online, which stated two terms: sunroof and moonroof. And I was like, what is moonroof now? Does anyone know about this? I mean everyone knows that there is sunroof in luxury cars, but what is moonroof now? alex45
The only difference between the sunroof and moonroof is the static panel. The moonroof in a car is static and you cannot really operate it. It means you cannot open the moonroof. On the other hand, sunroofs are designed in such a manner that you can operate it to open and allow the sunlight and wind inside the car.

gshane
Thanks for sharing this info. I've never seen a moonroof on a car. I guess there are Mercedes models with moonroofs. What do you think?
