amid
I can hear a hissing sound from my car engine. What is it about? And I can feel that the engine is too hot as well. emad
If you feel that the engine is heating and there is hising noise, it means cooling system is at fault. You need to check the cooling system in your engine properly
amitaj
You can check the coolant hose (thick black ones) by pressing them with hand gently, if its extremely hard and pressurized then for sure engine cooling system is missing some part (coolant, fan, radiator etc). If hose gets pressed gently squeezed then it means engine cooling system is fine, check the gauge showing different reading or change the heat sending sensor in engine bay that must be sending wrong reading to gauge.
