Really Careless!

Hey guys. After reading few posts here, i would like to share my experience with the mazda dealer. I am driving this model from 2 years now and i have maintained my car by regular servicing as per needed. I gave my car for regular service 3 weeks back. As i got my car back, 3 days later the rear brakes worn out completely. I got shocked as i just got the car from servicing. I reported the mazda dealer about the same. They took my car back to rescan it and till now no response. They are really careless with their custmers.

Hey. You are absolutely right. I have no idea how they deal with their customers. I recently reported a problem to Mazda mentioning how disappointed i was of the maintenance services provided by them. I gave my car to the company in order to repaint it as the paint was chipping out. They have my car after 2 weeks and i noticed that still the paint is chipping out. I wrote an official email to the executive office of Mazda but they dont bother to reply me back. They are really.irresponsible.

well you may be right at your place, but somehow I was always treated nice by the customerservice department of Mazda and the dealer itself. Ya, i admit that there were lot of issues in my car but they always took the responsibility about the same and got my car fixed properly without any further issues. Sometimes i can understand that the dealers become really rude, but its because not everything isin their hand.
