i guess that you are talking about the sensor that warns the driver once they reahc certain speed. There are cars that automatically block higher speeds.

Like a governor? This is the first I heard of it at all. Is it something you can get around in case of emergency? The very last thing I would want to happen is me being chased by a tidal wave going 120 kmph, and my car not allowing me to go above 90 kmph. Or, even worse, risking getting written up at work because you oversleep, and getting there at any speed less than 90 is going to make you late.
