brandan
Well that's a toll we have to pay if we like Internet in all our future cars as that will open the big black hole of security issues, that can be accessible by anyone sitting in any country. Watch Blackhat movie and see how hacker blow up the nuclear reactor by attacking the water pump with a single keystroke. Im sure time will come when Car antivirus and internet security will cost more than a car insurance.
amitaj
That's a boring movie man, based on loads of BS. Well for cars, manufacturer just need to come with security patches to avoid such remote control and I don't think it's big deal. Since lately something similar happen with google autonomous car as a safety and security issue and they are working on those bugs atm.
