i have been cheated where do i go and complain?

Its a good idea to get a cruise control thats what my wife said as she drives to abudhabi every now and then which i did from a very good garage cant say which one. now after 6 months it stops working. i go back and they say that the warranty period is over so i will have to get a new one installed

is there a place or an on organization i can complaint to.
