Well point noted by @Veedooshee over seatbelt and radio, as these two things we see time and time again people start to ignore as there is no radar or cops in the desert so we can drive without a seat belt. That's totally wrong.

Secondly guy shouting and helping him to reverse Prado was in direct line of roll and barely escaped, if stumble on rock and fall down, he would have been the first victim.

Every time we train the new offroaders for recovery, we tell them first to look for your own safety before helping others. Sometime when people panic and know they can contain the situation, they get carried away with wrong or risky approach. So one should always be 100% calm and vigilant before helping others as 1 incident is better than 2 or 3.

He was too slow, should have pushed it a bit more! 🤣

I heard the flaps should o also be at certain angle to assist take off.

On a serious note I will call on our experts to comment on what really went wrong hear.

Hardly an expert but I’ll give it a shot. 
1) didn’t do a slower trial run to check the bumps

2) too much speed. It is not that steep and does not require so much momentum

3) angle is incorrect ?

I am definitely not a expert , but can say what went wrong 

1. Overconfidence and show off

2. Too much speed

3. Bump causing a take off and front heavy landing as it was a pick up truck 

4. Flying over bumps while climbing makes u lose the traction needed to climb further.

He just jumped head along into the dune😂. In my opinion it was not required at all he could have easily drove along the sides of the dune at a lesser speed.
