Like @desertdude once said, RTFM. 

Any car I’ve ever owned, it wasn’t long until the dashboard got opened up and the beep beep either got stabbed with a screwdriver or hit with a hammer. Sometimes you just want to sit in the car with the door open and enjoy a smoke with the radio on and not have a beep beep messing with your peaceful state of mind.

Either take off the key or turn ignition half way so that radio can be switched on and this beep won't come in half ignition ON
