Pros&Cons of Aftermarket Filters

Isn't reoiling is needed every time you wash or rinse.....?

Another thing I like to add which I missed earlier: K&N filter does deliver extra HP (god knows the number) but made my car perform better by an inch. This is for freshly oiled for first 2-3 full drives.

Good remark. I assumed that by rinsing with water at low pressure would keep the oil intact for a while.

I HIGHLY doubt, why don't you research or ask K&N boys as they are pretty fast in email replies.

Regarding the cone filter, check once on the legality and whether you can get your vehicle passed annually.

I don't know if you can pass RTA with the cone filter but you can pass it with the cold air intake. I just did RTA renewal and passed with no issues with my cold air intake. 🤔I must admit I thought they were not going to to pass it.

@Javier M maybe you can post some details on your cold air intake with the place where to buy it and how it has helped in the overall performance. I have that in mind for the next upgrade and now that you mentioned that it passed the RTA test, I am really keen to go ahead with it.
