On the some ponies yes, like camaro, corvette, charger etc. but not on Mustang and def not on 4x4's.

The pickups and full-size SUVs have some of the biggest mirrors. On the new Chevy silverado you even get automatic mirrors which extend outwards incase you are pulling a long trailer
