Smart speed bump only slow down the fast cars

Very nice tech, wondering why it hasn't been applied yet. Near my office they open some new roads and added 3 monster bumps with 200 meter gap. They are really bigger and higher than any size of bumps I have seen in Dubai. Must be atleast 1 feet tall, u can easily take off all 4 wheels in the air if you are fast.

Because just throwing on a lump cement or tarmac and painting it is much cheaper
