Thanks for all the inputs!! @Shiju Manuel @E.C. TAN eventhough your options seems quite easy, i am quite bad with handmade solutions and i would be loosing the flag every 100meters. I think i would go with the fix mount as @Anish S and @RohanH suggested!

@Nacho There are many jeep garages who does this for you  with lot of options . I got mine done with radman for 100 aed bracket ( near spare wheel) + 90 aed flag. Go for a good quality bracket and not for the easy fix ones taking into consideration wind force, glass damage,  and the cars behind.. safety first  . Lol you were in front of me when this broke.
