Has anyone been recently to dragon mart please? For the mount is it recommended to get the sticky whips?

Has anyone been to dragon mart recently? For the flag mount, the suction mount types are they good enough? Have also seen one in ACE, so just checking which location be the better one.

Suction cup is good enough for light weight flag pole. If you are using heavy pole the one which is available in ACE hardware requires a proper fabricated bracket bolted to your vehicle.

A bit disappointed with the thin fibre plastic flag pole with the suction pad that is available in Dragon Mart. In the first drive with it today, the flagpole came out of the screw head and thanks to our lead @Frederic (who incidentally had to assist on the same issue twice today) managed to tape it to the mount head.

Is it advisable to mount the suction on the glass or on the body. Or does it just depend on the weight of the flag pole?

Does any one guide me how I can fix heavy flag pole on my Prado 2015 model ? Mount please ?

Hi @Tariq Mahmood I got a mount fixed to my roof bar, then I have quick release AOR flag pole thats easy to attach and remove at the end of the ride. Mount cost me 100 or so dirhams, many 4x4 garages offered me various solutions around this price. hope that helps!

I have lost my flag but pole is intact as it is.

I am trying to search all over the internet to get only the flag (not the pole) but unable to get it any where.

Suggestions please..........

Have a look at AdventureHQ. I have seen them selling flags seperately.
