Two Way Radio Crony CY5800

I had bought a radio phone of CRONY model CY5800. This has 12 channels. Is this ok to use on Newbie desert drive

Hi @RAKIN KURIAKOSE you will only be able to use them if you are able to find a programming cable and laptop with the Crony software. The software can be downloaded from cronyelec.com but is mostly in Chinese language so it’s a bit tricky. 

the cable you can find in Dragon mart (baofeng USB cable works also). 

If you are not technically inclined i would recommend you to buy the Crony MT777 or Baofeng UV5R. These can be programmed without cables or software as they have a programming display.

Hi, I bought last week 1 that need this reprogramming,  so yesterday I went back to dragon mart, returned it and got the baofeng UV-5. It cost 140aed for a pair...
