For your first drive, please bring a tire pressure gauge and a deflator so you can deflate your tires. These are readily available in ACE, Speedex, AdventureHQ, or even at any fuel station or tire shops near you.

If you do have already other offroad gear such as a flag, radio, shovel, or others, please bring it along as well.

Important note: The Al Qudra Last Exit petrol station where we will be exiting has a compressor to inflate your tires, but lately it has been either defective or hardly working at all. So if you have a compressor plz bring it along as well.

Hello Gaurav, I’m driving a Porsche Cayenne and don’t have any prior off roading experience. I’ve seen the briefing video, but wondered if the radios are supplied by you... or we need to purchase them prior to the drive?

Hi @Adrian Little for this first absolute newbie drive, we will provide you the spare radio. From the second drive onward you need to get your own Shovel, Safety Flag and Radio.

I did tried my 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo in sand long ago, I hope your air suspension is still lifting additional 2 inches, that is blessing for off-roading. If not, you can still drive with stock 8.5 inches clearance but in newbie drives you have to be very cautious while going down the dunes. Ill explain more on this later when we meet.

Please make sure that your front bolt-on tow-hook is installed in front and remove the rear plastic that hide the rear tow point.
