I would advise you not to bring your kids on Friday, especially because it's your first drive. The less distraction in the car, the better.

Just realised after arranging everything that my vehicle dosent have the tow hook at the back will get it fixed this week and will join you guys next time

@rohit kumar can you send me a photo of the rear part showing where the hook gets installed and another photo from underneath the rear side? You might have hidden recovery points.

Seems you don't have other recovery points. You will have to rely on the hitch. Make sure you buy one suitable for recovery and not the ball type.
