Thanks for the great report @Davie Chase ! The drive stats indeed show we made good progress, and that's a testament to the way the guys drove today ! Your fantastic support was no doubt one of the reasons for that.

@Bertrandand @Sebb i hope you guys made it out both safely. Was the meeting point giving wrong directions ? (we heard that happening a few times the last couple of weeks, i am not sure if this was the issue or not). 

@Rajat Verma not a foot wrong as a superb second lead, thanks buddy ! @Martin M rocking the Bronco you did amazing, so did @Frans M with that beautiful Landcruiser !!

@Bishoy Ibrahim you were getting more and more comfortable throughout the drive it seemed to me, and that's great to see, keep it up !

@Lukas overall a very smooth drive for you. The Pajero can go everywhere and you seem to be in total control. 

@Mark Birch i love the sight of a Gladiator, and the driver inside had a smooth sailing day today. Brilliantly done !

@Glenn Waters and @Bhaskar both with the fantastic looking Montero Sport. I've put you both together in the convoy and you both drove effortlessly. 

@Anish S thanks for being my trusty sweep, it was great seeing you again after a long gap. Hope that your employer is lenient on you the coming winter months so we get to meet up more often

@Srikumar we always have a blast when driving together, and this was no different !

Hi Frederik - I am very sorry to not being able to join this morning, i was really looking forward that ride. I am also sorry for Bertrand who couldn’t attend and come to rescue me, i am immensely grateful for that.

I couldn’t tell what went wrong with my google map and why it sent me off, but definitely a learning for me to double check with an additional device from now on.

To finish on the positive note, i was lucky to meet an Emirati who managed to sort out the situation in 15 seconds, i have learned big time just watching at him  

I am looking forward the next session, and this time on the right meeting point

Strangely enough I’ve heard more of these stories, and @Simon Dawood was having a similar issue last weekend. Looks like a Google Maps issue I think
