These are the issues of past my friend, nowadays all cars whether american, european and japanese comes with fantastic AC system that work and last in Dubai hot weather. Even korean cars these days making excellent AC system that work very well in Dubai hot hot climate.

So dont worry on Ford cooling system, its all good. If you buy GCC specs car it will be fitted with better and powerful HVAC system.
