fordkq
Hi- A very basic question, what is the recommended tire pressure for ford explorer in Dubai? I have not been able to find the sticker on the door and anywhere else in the car and not sure what is the recommended tire pressure. Thanks for your feedback. angelo
Which year model ur explorer is and what is the tire size you are using? Tire pressure information is pasted on the driver's side 'B' pillar right above door latch is attached to the car body. As a general rule of thumb 30 PSI is quite safe unless you are doing some heavy load like 5 passenger all the time or driving on highway for long hours then 35 is good. kabirdubai
For your Ford Explorer tire size = P245/65R17 you need to keep the same 35 psi tire pressure for front and rear tires both.
angelo
Your 2012 Ford Explorer should have TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) as well and should indicate if tire pressure is low. Sticker is inside the driver door next to the hinges, check again please.
