Replaced pcv but idle is still rough

I own a 2008 Audi A3 and for the past year and my car's idle seems a little rough. I can feel my car shake when sitting in my car. My Audi A3 has 60.000 kilometers on it.

A few weeks ago I replaced the pcv valve but it didn't change anything. The idle is still a little rough. What I should check next?

If you feel car shake when on idle, the ideal thing to check and change is the engine mounting foundation.

Engine mounting foundation is tend to age and wear down by age or by picking up car on every red light with full throttle.
