new brakes usually feel stiff then the old ones its normal and will loosen up after some time.

Did you grease them properly? And I agree with rajith, it takes some time for it to get smooth.

Normally it takes around 2-3 weeks for them to get easy. So give it a try and then tell us if it doesn't solve your problems.

It is also possible that there is a buildup of water in the brake line. I would suggest for you to also check there as a precaution.
