Why is the SRS light on and not switching off?

when the SRS light went off and will not switch off i was alarmed to see for more lights like airbag warning lights will be on or something but nothing happened and so the seat belt is working good the brakes are good no air bag warning then why?

SRS is a safety warning light and its best to get a professional help.

SRS means Supplemental Restraint System which means your seat belt. When this light is on then it means that something wrong with SRS system. Everything will work and look good, but when in emergency braking seat belt supposed to get locked and hold passenger then it might fail and wont lock the seat belt to hold the driver or passenger. Like Tim mentioned its a serious issue get the proper computer diagnostic done and see which seat's seat belt is having problem or something at SRS level there is an issue??? With computer check it will diagnose and tell you the exact problem. Good luck. Cheers.
