FLYAUDIO for ASX

i got my brand new ASX last May 2012. Then by mid of August i replaced the radio console with Flyaudio for ASX with DVD/GPS/Bluetooth with reverse camera ..then by last week of September when i started the engine, the engine was stuttering and showing service required in the instrument panel. I brought this to Service Center and checked and fixed the problem stating that this was due to engine idle (i dont know the exact term).

So after that it was ok running again then by last week (October) the same problem happened again and now Service Center said that this is maybe because of the Flyaudio i installed to replace the original console. So they replace the Flyaudio console with the original and now the car is again ok. Even the SC was not sure what is causing the problem so they said we have to observe at least before the car reached 5000 KMs for servicing.

What are your thought about this, is the Flyaudio the culprit and causing this problem?
