dose the hand break have any association with the breaks below. as the hand breaks have loosen but the below breaks are doing ok.

U can tighten hand break screw at end to fix hand brake.

Your main brake has no connection with hand brake is loose or tight.

Indicator right one is not working. how can i be sure what should be changed.

Check the indicator relay and fuse and then indicator bulb itself, depending on complexity and cost i'm suggesting.

Are brake pads and brake drums changed at the same time or the have different life span.
