AC not working, FAN Always On

hi all

i am the owner of peugeot 607 v6.

since i changed my wiring i have a problem...

My AC fan is always on, if i open the ac only hot/normal air is coming out...

i took it to peugeot they said i need to change the wiring again (already i spent alot)

can someone help me if there is anything i can do or any good electrician to check it... Peugeot service are very bad !

they checked everything, sensors, thermostat, fuses... no problems at all

have you tried to fill up the AC gas if that also dosent work then get the entire unit changed.
