Replacing PCM with aftermarket double din product.

Hey guys,girls and whatever, have anyone ever replaced their PCM's with another product ex. Kenwood, Alpine?

I really want to do it, any idea where is a good place to do this?Expensive? I have Carrera S 2007 and the PCM sucks! Doesnt even play MP3's, not even copied audio CD's....and no nav (no nav cd anyway)

I have done same in my other car (not Porsche) from Yellow Hat in Times square center, and i must say they have good range to choose from and professional electrician to install at same time in car parking. Charges were ok too for installation, not bomb expensive like Porsche dealer.

IMO, go for Alpine, or pioneer... Kenwood is more like any other chinese branded unit - sound quality su*ks!!!!

Yellow hat is good, visit gulf wireless in Al Quoz, they are also pretty good.
