disconned the fuel line

i wanna know how do i disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel pump without using any special tools? mine is a 2002 cadillace XLR , I have already taken the access panel off and can touch and disconnect the wires to the fuel pump. all i need to know is to how to disconnect the two fuel lines without breaking any connections.pleas help

Use nose plier and press the clamp and twist the fuel line gently and pull it out.

If it cant pull the clamp above fuel hose first and then twist gently with both hands.
