where is the oil drain plug located in this car and is it a part of wear and tear.

Engine oil drain plug is under the engine right at base level. And it isnt wear and tear element if you have been using the crush washer on every oil change before the drain plug. If not after few oil change drain plug start leaking and you need to change it.
