toyota fortuner 2012-13

I am planning to buy a toyota fortuner 4x4 in dubai. I coudnt find a proper review of this SUV from dubai or UAE, can anyone help me? how is this SUV's performance in UAE? any issues? Currently i am using toyotta corolla.

Its a nice SUV overall. Good for road and ok for off road. 4.0 is better than 2.7 in offroad. Road comfort. reliability and resale is very good with Toyota badge.

If you are still after Fortuner, go for 4.0ltr man. You pay around 10,000 dhs extra... but what you will get for that is a lot more worth than that money. and The fuel consumption is not that different although the engine power is quite different. Different transmission speeds, you will get more features, and the roof rails (i really want them... )...

I never regret having bought my fortuner but I regret for not choosing 4.0 option whenever I see one on the road...
