one speaker is broken or not

the right speaker is broken where as the left sounds fine

may i please have an advise if there could be another reason.

Broken speaker is broken even after second or third advise, im not sure what you mean to ask.

If asking how to fix it: Then get it change from deira naif market or satwa or sharjah thru car accessories guys. Use same watt speaker as your left (working) one. If needed upgrade then change both at once for better sound quality.
