ethan Posted July 13, 2014 Report Share Posted July 13, 2014 I have ford fusion 2012 model. I was driving on a highway once when suddenly i had a car break down. Somehow i managed to take my car to the dealer. At first, i was really happy by their services. I was called to the executive's office and he apologized for the fault in the car and he reported pump failure in the car and claimed that it will take 2 days. After 2 days, they reported oil leak issue and asked me to wait for 3 more days. Then transmission problem and the list went on. I was pissed when i went there after a week and my car was in the same condition as i left amd they did not even scan for any issue in the car. I took my car from there and gave it to the local workshop who fixed my car in 3 days. I mean seriously! They dont care about their customers or what? They customers service as well as the executives working in the ford dealer always paid full attention to my car and any issue in the same.
