brakes pulling to one side

Hey people. I have 350Z model from 2 years. I am experiencing a weird thing on my brakes. Whenever I am putting brakes, it pulls to only one side and taking time for braking. It scares me sometimes. Is it a common problem? And why is it happening?

This happens when the piston in caliper is tucked. It’s not a big deal, it happens to many cars. But the result of the same is not good. The problem is really common, but you need to get it fixed as soon as possible. Bleeding of braes will help in solving this issue.
