SUPPORT TEAM Pre-requisite 1) Minimum 10 any level "Carnity" drives are required after your Intermediate promotion. Once you decide to join Team Carnity to excel further with your off-roading, people, and commanding skills, you will be extensively trained by the whole Team Carnity from Expert - Marshal - Crew at various stages by supporting different levels drives. Stage 1 Support different Marshals and Crew at Newbie level drives to demonstrate: Your ability and willingness to support new offroaders. Ability to gain control of the commanding situations. And clear communication skills to help manage the convoy. Stage 2 (optional) Pre-requisite 1) Minimum supporting 6 Newbie/Fewbie drives per quarter (within 3 months). 2) Minimum 10 "Carnity" Intermediate drives are required within the last 6 months. 2) For progressing further to Advisor level, you need to receive a minimum of 4 different Marshals / Crew approval by supporting 4 or more Newbie drives, so that you can attain adequate exposure for bigger roles that come with more responsible and commanding tasks in the future. To learn and demonstrate your recovery and self-recovery skills. Help individuals to self-recover or use tow rope or winch recoveries. To demonstrate your convoy commanding skills in difficult situations. And people interaction skills to manage the convoy with clear communication. Once you receive 4 different Marshals / Crew approval, then you will be eligible for your Advisor promotion. Eligibility criteria: Maximum two rounds of 4 Newbie drives each will be assigned to you with different Marshals for demonstrating your skills, knowledge, commitment, and team player attitude. You must attain a full consensus of all 4 Marshal / Crew in either the first or the second round as a qualifier. Full 4 drives consensus need to be achieved in either round for you to proceed, else your promotion request will be rejected permanently. You may of course continue in the Carnity Off-road Club at your previous rank.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to take on this responsibility @Gaurav. Driving with @Carnity and the people I've met here has been a labor of love, passion and great banter all mingling together in one beautiful harmony. There are too many people to name that has led to me pursuing to hone my skill here, and I couldn't have done it without any one, and will not be able to do without in the days to come either. I look forward to learning even more, and for us to continue to spread word on this amazing collective of ours. 🚀

Hi all, I am sad to leave the drive but not that sad. I had brought an engine wiring harness from US for my car and a gallary gasket which is inside the timing cover. The wiring because all my wiring connectors were breaking apart. The gallary gasket because my car VVT was getting starved of oil and it was rattling at low rpm's. Car was in garage and both got fixed. The rattling stopped and engine is super silent after fixing the gallary gasket. The wiring fit like a glove everywhere except at the A/F sensors. The wiring as it was bought from US came with US specifications, not GCC specs. The A/F sensor for GCC spec has 5 wires whereas the US model has 4 wires. After rummaging through the 2nd hand market for a A/F sensor with 4 wires I found out its the same for Armada and Infinity QX 70. Unfortunately I will get the sensor only today afternoon by 12.30 and there is not enough time to fix it and join the drive. Will see you all soon in the sands with a better performing car soon.

Congrats @munkybizness and welcome aboard. Having been on a few drives recently, with you in a support role, I can tell you are are on the right track and with a wee bit of fine tuning which will come with a few more drives, you are going to be an asset to Carnity. Well done.

One of my first drives with Carnity was in Mahafiz, and I saw your Indian flag bobbing in the wind, and it was such a beautiful sight. It's one of the first photos I took in a drive. Since then, having you there in the convoy has meant that we've always had amazing company and support - a role that is now bedding in with a label. Massive congratulations @Ranjan Das 😇
