If no jerking while gear change and no rattling of car when standing on red light that means its fine. there is no life issue on mounts.

Get the brake pedal adjusted to new pads from same mechanic.

More likely its the hazard switch which is working sometime, fuse failure are usually permanently failed.

Its very unlikely that you get smoke after oil change, only if its really bad bad oil. It might have possible that you noticed now after oil change, whereas smoke must be there before too. Only readon for smoke is head gasket failure or piston ring leaking, both are long specialize job.

check the electrical relay and also check fuses for intermittent electrical supply. If not its blower motor is freaking, better change than now than later.

Check ignition relay and swap with any other relay just for test. If still same change CKPS (Crank Position Sensor). Good luck shamal.
