i have faced one problem which i want to talk about. i wanted to buy this Ford Escort which i wanted service history from the dealer and as the owner was too bussy to do that for me he gave me the win number so as i call the dealer he says he cant give me the service history as i am not the owner of the car ( i was honest enought to tell him the truth)now i asked the owner to get the history and the dealers says the he needs to go the agency and get it as he cant give the info on the phone. SO finally he did and then they say they cant give it him as its against company history. Has anyone had this problem.
