seat belt is jamed even after i have changed it.

If it jams in hard braking then its normal. If its getting jammed otherwise then the belt pretensioner you can change or chnage the whole belt again. -
traction control connection with the tiers

Traction control is controlling drive shaft to control power on each wheel. Actually TC is related to wheels too but not directly. Please explain whats your problem. -
i am having a Christmas celebration in my car as my AC duct is throwing ice flakes... is this really possible. PLEASEEEE HELP P.S. it is a very rare event otherwise my AC cooling is just fine
