Changing hose at regular schedule maintenance is very important than having them leaked, crack or even burst. Especially the engine cooling hose. Dont compromise on the least expensive items like hose, I have been bitten bad once due to previous owner defer maintenance and had terrible time in summer stranded on road side, waiting for recovery truck.

As its new car, personally speaking I wouldn't advise you to do it yourself. Its better to be scared at times than being over confident. However, if you still want to do it for fun. I would advise you to first explore the area behind the fog light and try to figure it by pushing and unscrewing the clip around the back cover. Each of the bulbs pull straight out and can easily be re-inserted. Follow the image below that can help you where to explore. Good luck.
