  1. Means that door auto lock is gone bad and you need change. With al futtaim at least 500, outside may be under 100. Its no biggy get it outside.
  2. Keep a constant eye of heat gauge and check the coolant reservoir every morning before start and yes it can wait, if its minor. But get it done sooner than latter as if car overheat to full then its a BIG BIG BIG money and time wastage of opening engine head and fixing head gasket. Once full overheat is enoug to create a lak in head gasket.

  4. Its must be VSC not SVC. It stands for Vehicle Stability Control. Looks like your ABS block is gone bad or going bad, either way its expensive part so better get clear diagnostic from Al Futtaim and then buy parts from shj BM road, it will be cheaper that way, atleast 40% less than al futtaim price.
  5. Under the steering wheel, there is a button you need to press to re"initialize" the wheel pressure. The LS430 is not a direct Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) system, it uses the ABS system to detect if there is "low pressure" by measuring the spinning difference between tires. So, because of this, if somehow it's detecting that the tire pressures of one (or more) are off, then it trips the TPM. Make sure all your tire pressures are at 32 psi, then reinitialize, and that will be the new baseline that the computer will use.
  6. Transmission flid should be of deep red color. If color become dark, or it start smelling really bad. Ideal transmission fluid life is 40k - 50k kms.
  7. Usually its all same, but best comes from US or mexico. Ask for make of country.

  9. Just remove the intake plastic thing and that black plastic tube that feeds in to the throatle body. THen just pull out the wires and the spark plugs are right there. Use the spark plug socket spanner and you will be done in less than 30 mins.
  10. no, mechanic is bullshitting. Axle is never changed in car, unless u have problem. btw post here what problem u have in front axle if mechanic is suggsting this, may be i can advise u. Or take second opinion from other mechanic too.
  11. there is no LEXUS oil bro, thats a dealer bullshit. They use castrol crap oil. Switch to Mobile 1 fully synthetic oil (0W40) you will love your car even more. Silky smooth.
  12. Replace the connector and see all wires are properly insulated, I'm sure it must be aftermarket head lamp. Its pretty common behavior in these stuff. Go for original if u can.
  13. Put few hanging safety pins towards the pulley side of alternator to check if its alive. If its fine it will catch free hanging safety pin due to producing magnet. If it doesnt catch safety pin, its alternator is dead. Fix that first and then see if still power steering is hard or not.
  14. Your immobiliser is getting on and ideally after its off it shud not start even. Very surprising. Get the proper diagnostic from lexus dealer Al futtaim, as its very serious and they can fix in fraction of cost you would spend in experimenting.
  15. get your hydrolic sensor checked. It may be there are trying to level too much.
