Get your brake pads and brake disc diagnose if any needs change. May be it was due to change and with this hard braking you skim them too much that its slowing the braking process now.

how do i change the spark plugs on my 2008 IS. i know i know i should go to the dealer for this job but as this is not a big job so i though of doing it myself. thanks
