did you check the spark plugs

coolant is burning

check the gear oil level

a pressure test will indicated the leaks in the gasket.

should get the injectors checked for any leaks and also get the engine checked with the computer which will tell u the exact fault.

the oxygen sensors are positioned on exhaust pipes that is before and after catalytic converter.

Get the grounding circuit check or a bad alternator bracket.

My dear friend the door is broken from inside. Remove the door panel and inspect if you can see any thing broken from inside. Good luck
