In Dubai, you can get one from naif Deira. Dont have any shop in specific to give you name and number. But if you there you will see many cars accessories guys selling these LED headlights, xenon etc.

Something similar had happened in my Mazda 2 the engine oil would be hot more then usual. I had to get the radiator changed as there was leak and in general the temp of the car got high i just waited for 2 days and took this decision. dont wait for long before something major happens

My doubt is the thermostat or the Coolant is leaking . check them first.

First thing change the thermostat. let me know if the condition improves.
