when are scrap yards closed? i went around 9 yesterday and they were closed?

Last week i was driving with my friend to the desert and he owns a Nissan Patrol 2 door. which was flying in the desert. so now i dont know....

how much will the Ac compartment cost? i have to get mine changed and the original one is very expensive. have to find a second hand.
