I am planning to buy used Nissan Altima in Dubai, appreciate someone who can shed some light on what all things i need to check and be careful off. Any known problems or recalls i need to pay extra attention? Any tips to verify real kms on odometer if car has no service history? Thanks in advance.

i had to change my one year old battery as the service man at the workshop said its the reason that the car is not starting. The battery was expensive with 5 years warranty ( i lost the receipt so i couldn't get it changed) so how did it get exhausted in a year?
