  1. In the first half of 2016, more than 1100 taxi drivers issued fines in Sharjah. The Sharjah's passengers say, the most of the taxes are not good for a ride. Most of them are not clean and tidy. They have not parked the taxes in the parking areas. Most of them are unable to speak English. They also talk in bad manners. They fined Dh200 to Dh300 according to the violation This kind of cabbies should fine Dh1000 for the single violations in my point of view. What you guys say? 2. Shihab Mohammed bin Solaiman is introducing a solar car in the UAE region. The 23-year-old young Bangladeshi engineering student at Petroleum Institute (PI) recently won a Total Campus Challenge 'Make Things Better'. The young man presented the 2 specials cars which design by him in the competition. The first car is hybrid and the second one is a solar car. He says the solar car is cost effective than hybrid. The hybrid car can take 150 miles per gallon of its fuel economy. The Solar Car can go the up-to-the speed of 140km per hour using solar power. As long the sunlight is available the batteries keep recharging. We have tested the Solar ride, going Abu Dhabi to Dubai and came back on it with solar power. 3. Good news for the passengers of Dubai to Fujairah Dubai government is trying to make things easy and easier for their citizens. Dubai Future Foundation has announced that they will be host the 'Build Earth Live' contest organized by 'Astie' for the Hyperloop Designs in September 2016 in Dubai. This event includes designing a hyperloop link project and it will reduce the distance between Dubai and Fujairah. Citizens can go Dubai to Fujairah in just less than 10 minutes. 4. Technician the same incident happens with my younger brother "Abdul Rauf". He asking the taxi driver again and again that he can show him a destination in Google Map but the driver every time refuse him. Usually, he pays Dh15 to reach his destination but that day it cost was Dh25.
  5. Thanks for the guidance. I get it know but from this fear we cannot talk about it ?
  6. They do not worry about their taxes loss. They just trying to make more and more money. that's it.
  7. In the morning taxi rates are Dh5 and at night it will be changed to Dh5.50. A Dubai resident said, she took taxi from Lulu Hypermarket in Al Qusais at around 10.30pm. As soon as she sitting into a taxi, the driver drew her attention to the meter, which shows a minimum fare Dh9. As she has no other option she continues to his journey. She added, usually I have to pay Dh13 to reach my destination but that day I have paid Dh18. The driver has been working with Dubai Taxi for 3 years. He says the Roads and Transport Authority's (RTA) decision to charge more from shopping mall customers. I tell the customers in advance of the change because I do not want to cheat with anyone. In my point of view, this is pathetic. Fare rates should be same in day or night. What you guys says ??? Source News: http://www.khaleejtimes.com/taxis-from-dubai-malls-could-cost-you-more
  8. yup. @Amjad it's really bad news. The government should take some steps that a driver will be an inpatient and respectful person.
  9. Hi everyone, I have written the Sharjah Municipality car confiscated steps. Visit the below link.
  10. Municipality has confiscated more than "6000" abandoned cars by its owners in the first half year of 2016. Sharjah Municipality Head added, first we put a warning sticker on the filthy car for impoundment. Then the vehicle will be removed in 24 hours if it is standing on the main road; in 48 hours if it is standing in commercial and industrial areas; and 72 hours if it is standing in residential areas. The residentials who left the country we do not respond them with warnings we simply take their cars. Source News: http://www.khaleejtimes.com/6000-dirty- ... of-sharjah

  12. I think such discounts will be cut by the Government because we will care less about the fines when we know that we will have to pay just half of them.
  13. I do not agree with you @Technician because from this way they are helping the game to become popular in the Middle East. However, the free food is always best but they can choose the other way.
  14. The Abhi Dhabi police announced that the 50 percent discount on traffic is not available for next month. This 50 percent traffic discount is effected from 2010 but now it is not available anymore. The new rules are effected from 1st August. A traffic violation is also increasing at an alarming rate according to Abu Dhabi Police. They said that we are no making profit with fines, we just want to reduce the accidents. Do not drive your car in a hurry. Drive your car according to the traffic rules. Just a small mistake can take the many lives. Drive safe and stay safe. 15. Pokemon Go is becoming popular in here UAE as well. The most funniest thing is that now five-star hotels are offering a free buffet to Pokemon Go player. Do you think this type of activity should not happen ? Pokemon Go Review: Source News: http://gulfnews.com/life-style/shopping/go-with-the-flo/pokemon-go-craze-lets-players-level-up-buffet-at-dusit-thani-dubai-1.1870537
  16. The Ministry of Energy announced that the Fuel prices in UAE are reduced from august. The new per litre petrol prices are Super 98-Dh1.73, down from Dh1.88 in July; Special 95-Dh1.62, down from Dh1.77; and E Plus-91-Dh1.55, down from Dh1.70. The diesel Price is also reduced from Dh1.85 per litre to Dh1.76. That is good news for Arab citizens but the fuel prices are becoming cheaper in other countries. From less than 30$ per barrel in January, now prices moved to 50$ per barrel in the last month. It is good for Middle East Citizens but not for other countries? 17. I also agree with the technician the quantity of these people is just a few.
  18. 90% of car accidents has happened from the driver errors. Machine are more reliable rather than a human being. Now Emirate is introducing the driverless cars to reduce the car accidents. A driverless car sensor can detect the road, vehicles barrier, perform job according to the traffic rules and take distance to the nearby vehicles said Glenn Havinoviski, a US transport expert. The driverless car is more reliable for the road safety but the concept is still under moderation. Is this is a good step or not ?
