  1. Hi Angela @Foxtrot Oscar This is truly bizarre. I didn't sign up for any drives at all this weekend because I've always known I have to work. 14 hour day to Sofia and back 😴 Never seen this happen before. I'd love to be there, but unfortunately can't. Have fun all. Will look forward to the report.
  2. Guys I've had a crash in the Jeep today. Not too much damage to mine and everyone safe, but the BMW involved took a lot of damage. I will have to replace my bumper before it's safe to drive though. I should have withdrawn from the drive earlier, sorry, but got sidetracked by the police reports etc. Was really looking forward to it. Will get my repair done next week and see you all soon. Have fun out there.
  3. Hi team, Just been prepping for tomorrow and my car seems to have dumped a lot of coolant. Will have to back out of this drive and get it checked out. Better safe than sorry. Enjoy
  4. Great drive @Emmanuel and @Pancho A well chosen route flowed nicely as can be seen by the majority of the attached GPS track. Such a busy area brings it's own challenges and risks, especially while sitting vulnerable during a popout or stuck, but some good teamwork kept everyone safe. The drive also demonstrated the importance of keeping an appropriate distance. Too close risks losing momentum and refusal, too far risks losing the track in the larger dunes - especially with so many crossing tracks and low light. A really fun drive, thanks all. See you on the next one. Greg Untitled_131_1080p.mp4
  5. Thanks to @Ale Vallecchi for a fun fast-paced drive. The route was carefully thought out, showed us a variety of terrain and reminded us that the 3rd gear (and even 4th gear) cogs still work 😂 Great to see a variety of wildlife, and the locals playing with the falcons. Not sure if anyone else spotted the red RC plane they were using to train the falcons. It was flying just before we arrived and was on the ground as we passed. For the stats guys I've attached some pics. See you all next time. Greg Untitled_102_720p.mp4
  6. @Gaurav @Rahimdad @Frederic @Emmanuel and everyone else. Thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement. I have just finished work and switched on the phone to discover this news. Great way to end the day. I look forward to continuing to learn with the help of you all. Greg
  7. Hi all, Very reluctantly have to withdraw from tomorrow's drive. I'm unwell (not COVID). Please take many photos so I can see what I missed. Enjoy, stay safe. Greg
  8. Many thanks. No I'm not RSVP for any other drive (missed it by 10 seconds). See you at the weekend
