I would really appreciate it if some one can guide me how to disable the extremely annoying beeping alarm of the pajero when crossing the 120 Kmh.

I had to drive around 3 hours with the alarm beeping afew days ago ....( i think i can still hear it in my head )

I have looked all over the internet , but i couldn't find a solution that really worked .

    Thanks in advance

    P.s. my care is pajero 2011 3.8L

@Simon Dawood I have the same vehicle as you and had the same issue... I asked agency to "fix" it - they pulled a solanoid and charged me AED 150 or so for it, as I wasn't able to do it myself. This was a while back, but am sure they can still do so.

  2. Thanks @Shaaz Sha for the drive, and @Alain Canivet-Abikhalil and @JeromeFJ for the excellent support, especially in the challenging terrain. I had a friend with me today... introducing him to the desert.. and he was impressed with Carnity as a club, and the sense of teamwork especially when things were a little challenging and help was needed. 👍👍👍

Wish everyone a good week ahead!

  3. Thanks @Shaaz Sha for the drive, and @Jeepie, @imranaasghar81 and @Thomas Varghese for the support and guidance where needed. A challenging drive, with beautiful terrain and a good team overall. We absolutely needed to be awake for yesterday's drive - dodging other convoys, microlights (paragliders?) and dealing with soft sand.

@Prakash Anoop nice driving . I would suggest leaving a generous amount space between you and the rest of the car. I make this comment bearing in mind in my early drives, I used to be too close to the car in front, especially on the inclines- I used to do exactly the same thing. Inevitably this gave me an issue (stuck/refusal) when that car had an issue. I wanted to "keep up" with the car in front of me and not lose the pace. As soon as I "learned" (trained myself because it did not feel natural) to leave more space, and give myself another option, my refusals and stucks became far fewer.

Nice to meet some new faces. Have a good week everybody and see you in the sand. 👍

  4. When we see leaders' names like @Chaitanya D, @M.Seidam, @Hisham Masaad, @Nikiand @Russ, we know we're in good hands, and are going to have a good drive, separate to what the desert decides to throw at us! Yesterday we had some of everything - light, dark, smooth dunes, ridge-riding, technical etc. Not forgetting all those camel trains we successfully dodged at the start.  Well done @JAISROCK for the first Fewbie. Appreciate the sweets @Ashok chaturvedi, and @Bernard Kalaani for rescuing my flag (the bracket broke off)

    Until the next time...
