  1. Fuel being filtered is very important. The fuel will sit in tanks that have been used for many years holding gas. Eventually sediment will build up in the bottom of the fuel tank (both from the gas station and the sediment already in your car). The fuel filter is there to make sure that your car only puts fuel into the engine. It may clog the lines or even damage the engine if the wrong stuff gets inside of it.
  2. Yes that seems to be odd. We can't tell you what the noise might be if we don't know where it's coming from! Haha Check back and let us know, I'm interested in finding out.
  3. He is right. The ones in Dubai charge WAY too much for the service. Most of the time living here you do not get a rusted car, so it is not a service needed often. That said, they can charge a lot for it.
  4. In 2005, my jeep had a tire blow out. It was very scary because I didn't know what happened at first. I was driving to work as I do five days a week, and I heard a loud BOOM. I tried to keep control and barely was able to, until I got the car to a stop. It looked like this:
  5. Hi everyone My name is Hussein and I really like driving jeeps I currently have a Cherokee but I am looking at getting a new one. What should I get?
  6. They are really nice, check out these photo Inside Outside
  7. That sounds like a great idea. How many people on the forums would like to do this? Lets get a group together of ten Kias, meet at a location, and drive out together.
  8. Yes Michelin are the best to go with if you can afford them. Although more expensive, they also put more time and money into tire research and development than any other country. At the end of the day, you are driving a missile-on-wheels, so those wheels better be safe. Good luck!
  9. If you cannot get the ignition coil to go back into place, then you should bring it to a shop. It you continue to force it and try to "make it fit", then you are likely to cause even more damage. In the end, it will just cost you time, money, and a headache. Just bring it to a shop or dealership and let them do it properly.
  10. Welcome Mohan. That's exactly why I came. Activity and it will never have a cost to stay on here. I think there is an issue with your condenser. You will have to bring it to a shop most likely.
  11. Hey that's a pretty cool factoid. Where did you learn that from? Does it mean or represent anything in particular?
  12. One time I needed a transmission. Shop charged me. Couldn't rebuild it. Didn't refund me. I call police, they say to "sue" him.. Really??
  13. New. KIAs are usually in poor quality when used. This tends to make them not last very long. I don't want to buy a car just to have something major go wrong in the first few months of ownership.
  14. Just go to a local dealership. They will always use the correct parts for your vehicle, but will also normally best the most honest about your car's true damages. Then again, I can't speak for everyone. I'm sure there are plenty of dealership scam artists out there...
  15. I have a 2010 Kia Soul. The gas mileage could be better, but the space and the unique looks make up for both of those facts. Does anyone else here have a Kia Soul?
