  1. Hello Folks, I am searching for workshops/garages who do Rust Proofing and undercoating. This https://quickfitautos.com/car-repair-services/auto-body-shop-dubai/rust-proofing/ quoted 1350AED for Pajero. Any other shops where i can get it cheaper or is this a standard price ? Thanks.
  2. Does having this type of tyre change level of comfort whilst driving city roads? is there any difference felt as compared to stock. ?
  3. Hey fellow Pajero enthusiasts! I've been keeping a keen eye on my Pajero's (2020 model - Brand new) fuel efficiency lately and thought I'd reach out for your insights. I've tracked all my fuel tank fill-ups using an app and have compiled some statistics. (I’ve attached the data here for reference.) I'm curious to know how my Pajero's mileage stacks up against yours. Do you think the numbers I'm seeing are on par, or is there room for improvement? I'm all ears for any tips or tricks you might have to boost fuel efficiency. Maybe there are some maintenance tips or driving habits that could help me out?
  4. Thanks @sertac I wish i could if i had enough parking space and fuloos 😅.. More than increasing its value as a classic I would rather wish that i had the funds and sources to convert this into a EV. That trend is catching up now and lot of RR classics are getting converted in some countries. It would be a damn pleasure to get this beast connected.
  5. Hi All, Planning to sell my beloved RR after a steady relationship of 9 years. Have driven daily for office commute and weekends in wadis and mountains in winter. Never been a fan of off-roading in desert hence never tested those wheels in sand. All major faults fixed over a period of time. AC and 4x4 working fine and passing done with RTA few days ago. If anyone interested in taking over this legend please let me know. Priced at 10k. Cheers.
  6. @Asif Hussain @Gaurav Thanks for all the help.
  7. @andy_macdxb I would really not recommend Al Nakhala above in sharjah. I used to take my 1999 P38 RR to him and was tricked into paying more than required sometimes. I would highly recommend Al Ranan Garage in the same industrial area. The mechanic's name is Mubashir. He is well versed with Land Rovers. Have been using his service for years now. 8. Thanks! but not really helpful.. aware of musaffah area also the list above. However its a breakdown in the middle of the road, Was expecting some known reliable garage in musaffah area to take the car to quickly.. Surprising to see no response regarding Abu Dhabi garages here..
  9. Pajero breakdown. Battery drained. Possible alternator failure. Need to know any reliable garage nearby. Am stuck in abu corniche area. Next to Abu Dhbai Chamber building.
  10. Both will be fined. LOL.
  11. ... latest technology and people planning space flights... Why do we still have miserable car launches in this era? 15 Foreign Crossovers And SUVs That Were Built To Fall Apart.. https://www.thethings.com/foreign-crossovers-and-suvs-built-to-fall-apart/
  12. A very drunk/sleepy driver on road, almost falling asleep on his steering wheel every 10secs. I almost called the police to complain but saw a police patrol car just behind that guys car.. hence assumed that the cops will stop him. But that was some scary shit.. no idea why the hell he attempted to drive in that state.
  13. Why most of the videos circulated online and whatsapp show only Dubai drowning. No water clogging happened in Abu Dhabi?? Al Ain i am aware has a good drainage system hence most likely no clogging there.

  15. What’s so refreshing and exciting about spending time with Fastrac Two is not just the machine itself, but also meeting the engineers who arrive with it, who designed it, who put it together and who run it. JCB has put a small, talented and young team in charge of the project in a similar fashion to the way Lamborghini put brilliant young engineers, designers and test drivers in charge of developing the Miura. And beyond the headlines and the JCBWFT hashtags and the TV programme and even the record itself, their experience matters most. Because although JCB knows that creating the world’s fastest tractor has benefit to it as a marketing tool, it also has massive merit as a technical exercise, and in the world of agricultural and construction equipment, engineering counts for more than styling, marketing or advertising. So here’s to a five-star speed record, a five-star machine and its five-star engineers. If you want to do 150mph in a tractor, there’s nobody we’d trust more. https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/features/christmas-road-test-worlds-fastest-tractor?utm_medium=EMAIL&utm_campaign=Enews_bulletin&utm_content=ACAR ENews Christmas Bulletin - SUBS AD V5 (26.12.2019)::hero_readmore&utm_source=20191226
  16. What's a donk? A donk is any car on ridiculously huge wheels. That's all it takes to be a donk? Big wheels? Well, donks are usually big, old American cars, and they often have flashy, tongue-in-cheek paint schemes, but yeah, all it takes to be a donk is big wheels.
