Hi, thinking of getting the hands free system installed in my Bemmer. Cant find a specialist. Do you know if someone can do this job?

my tiers are now 3 years old and i need to get them changed upon my research i have narrowed down few options for new tiers but i want a second opinion on which tiers i should go for
