    2017 Dodge Neon

    ANNOUNCEMENT

    Service campaign for a limited number of Dodge Neon vehicles manufactured in 2017. 

    In coordination with the UAE Ministry of Economy - Competition Consumer Protection Department, and in line with the directives of the Ministry of Economy, FCA Middle East announces a service campaign for a limited number of Dodge Neon vehicles which will be effective immediately. 

    United Arab Emirates, Dubai, 17-09-2017.

    Trading Enterprises, the authorized Distributor of Dodge in the UAE has released the following statement: 

    "The vehicle configuration settings on the affected vehicles may have an incorrect proxy setting for the "Service" lamp which will display on the instrument cluster at the wrong km range to have the engine oil changed. The service reminder lamp should illuminate at 10,000 km and not at 15,000km. Delaying the engine oil change may cause premature engine wear." 

    All repairs related to this service campaign will be completed free of charge to the customer. 

    A total of 149 vehicles are affected in the UAE manufactured between January 2017 and July 2017. No other vehicles are affected. 

    In the interests of delivering the highest standards of FCA quality and customer care, Trading Enterprises will contact all customers with affected models to arrange for repairs.
